Lifelong Learning

In order for OLP students to be successful as twenty-first century adults, we know it is essential that they be:

  • comfortable and able to use technology
  • strong readers and writers
  • have solid math skills
  • discerning listeners and apt speakers.
  • confident socially
  • steady emotionally and
  • excellent decision-makers

All this plus, they need to know that as an individual they do not have to have all the answers. That there are resources and a community of support they can and should turn to when they need help in any way.

To quote from our informational tri-fold brochure: “Our goal is to work together [with parents] in educating children and in developing their potential as spiritually, mentally, physically, socially, and morally complete persons who will grow into mature Christian citizens in the Catholic tradition.”
