AFTER SCHOOL CARE (SACC)
OUR LADY OF PEACE SCHOOL AGE CHILD CARE
The School Age Child Care (SACC) program at Our Lady of Peace School offers care for students in Kindergarten through 8th grade. Hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 2:30pm-6:00 p.m.'
COST:
Flat Fee: First student, $17 per day/Each sibling: $10/day. - Invoices sent on the first of the Month, due on or near the 15th of that Month.
SAFE AND HAPPY ENVIRONMENT FOR STUDENTS OF OUR LADY OF PEACE
We offer a safe, happy and relaxed environment for students of Our Lady of Peace. Our day consists of outdoor playtime, gym time, toy/game time, crafts, snack, homework time and free time where each student can choose his or her own activity. Ratio is 1:18 adult staff member to children however we also have multiple high school staff members each day, and Bishop Watterson students join our program to complete their sophomore service project. We typically get over 20 students per year, offering over 400 hours of service!
Our Typical Daily Schedule is as follows:
2:30-2:45 – Check in/Attendance
2:45-3:45 – Active Play (participation encourage not required)
3:45-4:00 – Homework
4:00-4:30 – Snack
4:30-5:30 – Activity Period (kids are assigned a location, but can choose to do whatever they like)
5:30-6:00 – Free play/Pick-up
