Kids Games: Responsibilities include prize selection, game organization, and volunteer shift coordination.
- Set-Up & Tear-Down: Coordinating logistics before and after the event.
- Silent Auction (3–4 Co-Chairs): This is our greatest need. As one of the festival's most impactful fundraising efforts, additional leadership here is vital.
We are looking for individuals to commit to a two-year term to ensure consistency and continued growth.
While we understand everyone has busy schedules, these roles are about working together efficiently to create a meaningful experience for our children and school community. The Fall Festival is a cornerstone for both community connection and fundraising, and its success depends on a committed team of volunteers.
