OLP Families,

We hope everyone is settling into a great school year and enjoying the start of another exciting season of OLP athletics! We’re so lucky to have such a supportive community of families who come together to make these opportunities possible for our kids. 

It’s volleyball season!  OLP is hosting Diocesan games, and we need our wonderful families to help with admissions and concessions.

Each family with a child participating in OLP athletics (K–8) is asked to volunteer for two gym shifts during the volleyball and/or basketball season. These shifts are separate from the school’s service-hour requirement, but the hours you volunteer do count toward your school service hours.

Most importantly, these volunteer shifts help us keep OLP athletics affordable and available to all of our students. Every family pitching in makes a difference!

And gym duty is family-friendly, so feel free to bring your kids along. No experience is needed!

Concession Manager Needed

We’re looking for a volunteer to help manage our OLP Athletics Concession Stand!

This is a pretty simple gig: manage inventory, restock, set game-day prices, and keep the snacks flowing! Purchases are made through our OLPAA Sam’s Club account and paid directly by OLPAA — no out-of-pocket expense.

The concession stand runs during:

• Volleyball:

  September–October

• Basketball:

  Week after Thanksgiving–mid/late February

You can shop whenever works for you during the week. The only requirement is having the stand stocked and ready for Saturday games by 8:00 a.m.
